Grigori fends off one attack but is cut by the second, suffering 3HP of damage.

Ludo, Kai, and Arlette easily avoid the attacks against them.

It's your actions now. I haven't taken the actions that you couldn't take before, so they're still options (Kai lay on hands and Kull attacking)

Grigori 17HP
Kull 1HP
Kai 2HP
Arlette 13HP
Ludo[b/] 12HP

After Ludo dodges the attack from the man, he sighs at him. "You weren't even guaranteed to die if you ran, you're guaranteed to die if you stay in here though. This wasn't the smartest operation was it."

Not seeing any other option to this situation, he loads the crossbow once more and fires again at the bandit in front of him (13,12)

Grigori, turning his attention to the bandit in (11,14), takes another swing hoping to end this before his friends are in too much trouble.

DM sorry if this comes across rude or indignant. I thought I had hit the other bandit nearby in (12,14)

Grigori neatly dismembers the bandit, leaving nothing but a dead body where the man once stood.

Kull has an action left. Arlette and Ludo still to make their moves.

Arlette scoffs at their poor aim, "You should have run when you had the chance, better to be fleeing and alive than standing your ground on a worthless piece of dirt like this!"

She lunges for the next attacker facing her at 10,17, hoping to end these two quickly so as to help her friends below who don't seem to be doing so well.

Grigori you are right! You killed the guy who hit you! Good news.

Okay, Grigori is back to 20HP.

While Grigori shakes his head at the strange nature of the gods bending reality, Ludo fires a bolt and misses his target. At the same time Grigori swings at the remaining bandit in front of him and neatly cuts the mans torso nearly in half. The body falls to the floor, letting out a final scream.

Up above Arlette kills and sends another body crashing down below. The bandit facing Kai dances neatly out of the way.

After Kai and Kull act it will be back to the bandits.

(Sry i will try to lay more focus on actions and such in the future) Instead of attacking the already dead bandit kull moves 15/11 to help the heavily wounded Kai defat the bandit and as he still wields his dagger he attacks the bandit with a normal stab to his stomach.

Kai places his hand upon Kull. A brief light eminates from under his hand, when he removes it, Kull is healed somewhat, but is still seriously injured.

The last bandit on the upper level notices the carnage downstairs and looks around frantically for an escape. He sees none but knows that if he kills this wench, he can be relatively safe if he knocks down the ladder, maybe then he can pick off these attackers. With his bow pointed at Arlette, he fires.

Downstairs, the bandit facing Ludo looks backwards and sees the mercenary guards outside. Knowing that if he's captured he'll likely be sentenced to death for his crimes, he lashes out at Ludo in fury.
