As Kull moves back, one of the bandits sees the opportunity to take a swing at him.

Thankfully, Kull is too quick and the bandit misses him. Kull makes it to a bush a takes cover behind it, obscuring him from view, for the time being.

Kai realizes that charging in was a mistake too late as he yells, "where are the mercenaries."

Kai swings his blade but one of the other bandits blocks his attack. It seems that some of these bandits are well trained and could be a little more than simple highwaymen.

Ludo, rather than charging on with the others, appears to have taken his time, almost certainly leading the merchant guards to be baffled by his presence. He finally moves inside quickly, swinging his fiddle by its strap back round to his back, and taking out his light crossbow realising he too should probably act. And whilst he considers casting another spell, he doesn't see how that could help right now, even so he knows his magic will not last too long - especially not with the noise of a fight, and so he opts to take the easy targets. Spotting the sleeping man (11,12), Ludo steps over (to 12,12) and goes to deliver a coup de grace to the sleeping man, with a bolt to the head.

(DM Apologies if I'm unfamiliar with 3.5e coup de grace rules, just went with a basic google search so that I instantly get a crit?)

Ludo you normally can't do a coup-de-grace and move in the same round, coup-de-grace is a full-round action. I'll allow it this time though to keep things moving and because that's some cold-hearted murder right there.

You swiftly kill the helpless, sleeping bandit. The other bandits shout and scream as you do; even they wouldn't stoop to kill a sleeping man, at least that's what they say.

The bandits seem to have shaken off the effects of the Lullaby spell, though two of them remain asleep for now.

Seeing Kull back down, the bandit Arlette just missed steps forward to Grigori and starts hacking away.

The blade pierces Grigori's armor and deals 6HP of damage (leaving him with 20HP).

Somehow none of the attackers Kai faces are able to hit him. Grigori and Ludo are unharmed by the rain of arrows.

"Arlette, take out those archers upstairs if you can. Ludo, you do the same and only engage the guys you knocked out if they come to; bind them if you must."

Grigori then slams his shield down facing the enemy in (11,14), taking cover from further arrows before proceeding to bellow, "GUARDS! ADVANCE, SECURE THE UNCONSCIOUS BANDITS AND REINFORCE OUR SURROUNDED MAN!"

DM assuming the guards aren't gone and do hear Grigori barking for reinforcements, are there any rolls I need to make?

Through the din of the battle you can all hear some commotion coming from back down at the road. It sounds like the merchants mercenaries have finally got up the courage to fight.

Seeing as his comrades are outnumberd and at a tactical dissatvantage Kulls frustration rises. He searches his equipment for a weapon that he could use without the risk of getting hit but finds only tools which would not suffice as a throwing weapon. He look over to Arlette and speaks in a low voice.
" We cant let them die like this but i cant take another hit like this. I think i could help you scale the wall to take out the archers. What do think ?"
He then grabs his shield and his dagger to better shielded against ranged attacks.
