Kull has defeated Reithic Urgak!
The tavern explodes in cheer. Tankards crash together or on the ground as gamblers win and lose money. A crowd of people surge forward to lift Kull high into the air and take him around the ring cheering. From across the room and a troop of minstrels begin playing a tune.
Reithic picks himself up from beyond the ring. A few supporters slap him on the back. He grabs a couple mugs from a nearby table, steps onto a chair and then to a table. "SSSIIILLLEEEENNNCEEE!" he bellows. The tavern falls quiet as the group carrying Kull stops in front of the dwarf standing on the table. Reithic leans forward, nods to Kull and hands him a mug. "TO OUR NEW CHAMPION!! THE MIGHTY KULL!"
The tavern again explodes into cheer and the music starts up again. The revelry lasts long into the night.
