Wincing from the pain Elec runs back towards the stairs as far as he can (DM not sure how much movement I have considering you said I've been knocked down) before launching one of his throwing axes at the stone elf.

Kull almost passes out from the immense pain the stone axe cause but his orkish roots keep him standing. He shouts to hragg while limping away from the creatures as possible : what are those dwraven man ? are they your kin doing ? if so make them stop. He trys to get to the stairs and if he has movement left he will throw one of his javelins.1d20+3 dmg1d6

Arlette your bolt sails past the elven statue harmlessly. In short little jolts it turns it's head to see you with it's unblinking eyes before turning back to Elec.

Elec, as you run away from the statue it gets an attempt to strike you again. However your graceful leap proves to disorient the stone blade and you escape unharmed back to the stairs. You throw an axe once you're out of range. It swirls through the air to land wedged into the stone elf. Tendrils of cracks begin to appear again, more of the stone crumbles and falls, there is not much left keeping the statue together, and the rock that does remain is littered with wide cracks.

Hragg, having made his way forward to the statue by Elec now swings. His blade connects, but the glancing blow bounces off the stone, causing no damage.

As Kull makes his retreat, the dwarven statue takes the opportunity to swing at him again for the killing blow, but misses narrowly. Hilda backs away with Kull and with a few muttered words and a movement of her hands she touches his side. A bright light shines from under her hand. When she removes it, the bruising and indented ribs appear mostly back to normal.

Kull you are back to 10hp.

The one-armed elven statue takes a swing at it's new opponent, the stone blade swing in a wide horizontal arc at a height designed to behead a dwarf. It just manages to connect but striking at Hraggs shoulder instead of neck. It is a powerful blow, crushing muscle.

Hragg you have been dealt 7 damage. You have 3hp remaining.

The dwarven statue steps forward now, towards the retreating combatants. It is slow in it's movement, however it picks up enough speed to come to a stop in front of Arlette, it's dwarven stone axe whistling through the air. The blow lands against Arlette's hip, destroying sinew.

Arlette, you have been dealt 6 damage. You have 2hp remaining.

Some advice from your friendly DM
  • These guys hit pretty hard, so you want to avoid that. They move slow and are ungainly, you could use this to your advantage.
  • I've reddened those of you who are seriously injured, I'd suggest you Hragg and Hilda do some healing.
  • Don't forget that the elven statue is seriously injured, one more blow from anyone and it'll probably go down
  • Don't forget that moving out of a threatened square provokes an attack of opportunity.
  • These guys are hard to hit as well, don't discount things like flanking
  • Running away is an option

Hilda will summon her divine abilities to again spontaneously cast Cure Light Wounds on Arlette. She will sacrifice her prepared Nimbus of Light to do so. "Let's just get out of here!" she yells to everyone. "Hragg!" She will retreat to 01,03 to guard the door, hoping that everyone will run past her, she seems to be one of the few who hasn't been hit, so she figures she should be at the end of the line as they run away.

Kull being healed from what looked like a heavy almost mortal wound is for him a wonder. Not wanting to waste this gift he charges at the stone elf with so man curses on his lips most people woud blush in shame but luckily no one did understand what he said. He is determined to end those over arrogant stone things 1d20+6 please add dmg roll
