Hilda will go with Hragg to speak to the priest as he walks away and ask him about Father Klavin. We'll be careful not to reveal too much information though (so we won't mention Hextor, cults, dead bodies or why we're asking about him).

DM is this the normal sort of church activities that Hilda would be used to?

Hilda looks up and ponders. "Well grandfather," she says. "You seem so sure it is magic, but in the homes of my people, we have alchemists who can great damage such as you see here without a spell."

"I think we should all proceed up to the wall," says Hilda. She is concerned that this isn't a coincidence and that the gates were sabotaged in order to slow them down.

"Well, I do not worship Pelor, but yes, we are on a mission of the church of sorts. We know nothing of any rituals though...?" Hilda looks around at the others to see if she's missed something along the way.

I will take Hragg and we will visit all the temples in town to find out information about Hextor, and his workshippers. We will start with the temple of Pelor if there is one in Lavender, because that's the clergy our letters are directed to. After that, we will visit other temples. Arlette, perhaps...
